Has anybody had experiences with Tri Previfem?

I went to my dr to ask about birth control for acne, and she prescribed ortho tri cyclen but then the pharmacy gave me this generic brand. Will it help with acne, and if so, how quickly? Just wondering. I've never taken birth control before. I had to take two pills last night and two the night before like my dr said to catch up, and the only side effects i've had is a little nausea in the morning, and slight loss of appetite. From now on I'll only be taking one a night because I'm caught up. Can anybody share their experiences with this? Maybe especially with acne? Thankss!
