What does this mean...? (not too long)?

whenever we are in class the teacher looks/stares right at me. when i am talking to my friends or in a group of ppl they look at me (for most, if not all the time) just tday i was talking to the guy i like with my friends and he was making eye contact with me. a lot of the time (guys and girls) look at me (they dont laugh, or make a face its basically a blank expression). this one guy even looked at mer up and down an raised an eyebrow (?) am i really ugly, pretty, or is it something else.
